Included with every buffet: roasted Tuscan potatoes, a Greek salad, a beetroot salad and artisan bread rolls with butter. For sweets you get ginger cake plum puddings with brown butter, shortbread wreaths, mince tarts and cheesecake berry dessert pots.
Ham and turkey is the traditional pairing. If anyone in the room doesn't eat meat, make one of the two the maple pumpkin, which is the only vegetarian main. Otherwise they get potatoes and salad and nothing else. The spiced salmon covers a pescatarian. For coeliac or severe allergy needs, write them in the special instructions field when you order, because the order page doesn't tag the buffet as gluten free.

Seafood isn't part of the buffet. If you want it, a Christmas seafood platter (20 king prawns, smoked salmon and mussels) is $199 and a dozen shucked oysters is $39.90. Both are on the Christmas catering menu, along with the Christmas lunch combo at $29.90 a head for smaller teams who want something lighter than a full buffet.

Booking deadlines for December
In December the deadlines are firm. The online order page lists the Christmas buffet from 6 November to 24 December 2026, and orders close at 3pm on the business day before. Larger parties need longer.

The first two weeks of December go first, and the Thursdays and Fridays before mid-December are the hardest days to get. Book in October or early November if you have a date. Delivery is weekdays between 7am and 5:30pm, free to the CBD, Docklands and St Kilda Road precincts on orders over $80.

Do you deliver Christmas buffets on weekends?
On request. Weekend orders carry a 15% surcharge, and driver availability in December is the limit, so ask early.
