Regular platters are built to serve up to ten people and large ones up to fifteen. Every sandwich product includes 15% vegetarian as standard, so a mixed group doesn't need a separate vegetarian platter.

This assumes the sandwiches are the lunch. Prices use the mixed bread platter.

If a fruit platter or a sweet tray is going out as well, drop one regular platter from the row. For a room of people who'll take two, round up.
